Responsibilities & Context:
Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to SVP.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement SME business strategy aligned with the Bank’s overall objectives.
Lead and supervise SME sales and relationship teams across regions.
Drive sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality and risk compliance.
Develop new SME products and refine existing offerings based on market demand.
Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, delinquency, and recovery trends.
Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and business communities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Prepare and present performance reports to Senior Management and the Board.
