  • Age At least 30 years
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a solid understanding of Employee Relations and disciplinary action procedures.

  • Extensive knowledge of current labor laws, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.

The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the mentioned position within its Technology Division in the mentioned position:

Grade: OG II - SO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform periodic compliance assessment and implement mitigation plans to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct disciplinary procedures and actively participate in all inquiry processes.
  • Engage in periodic Employee Disciplinary Action Committee (EDAC) meetings and ensure timely implementation of EDAC decisions.
  • Manage the process of addressing all reported issues related to misconduct and noncompliance from the ICC/Audit team.
  • Maintain and update the disciplinary action MIS and provide periodic information to management.
  • Conduct induction training on the Code of Conduct for all new joiners across all divisions.
  • Address queries, communicate, and maintain liaison with Bangladesh Bank, the Anti-Corruption Commission, and both internal and external auditors as part of regulatory reporting from the HR department.
