Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for monitoring collection agents performance through call evaluation, ensuring adherence to SOP and company policies, identifying operational gaps, and improving overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review collection agents’ phone calls regularly.
Evaluate call quality based on company standards and compliance guidelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call quality reports.
Identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure agents follow approved SOP during customer communication
Provide feedback and recommendations to agents.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to improve service quality.
Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of quality evaluations and SOP records.
