• Willing to travel as per the requirement;

• Professional-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint Point and Outlook;

• Strong professional-level email and in-person communication skills;

• Must be honest, sincere, accountable, and a team player with high-level work ethics and moral values;

• Awareness regarding the impact and significance of KYC Documents and Anti-Money Laundering issues;

• Must possess strong relationship management skills;

• Experience in sales of complex financial products;

• Strong knowledge of process requirements in the sales of financial products;

• Proficiency and accuracy in the English Language are highly preferred.
  

Job Purpose: Independently acquire and grow new business under the guidance and leadership of the business manager, partnering with Bank Sales staff to achieve the overall business goals [monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly targets] and business objectives of the assigned consumer bank.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieving annual sales target i.e., First Year Premium [FYP].

• Ensure the collection of renewal premiums from the assigned bank.

• Provide day-to-day business support to bank staff to close any prospective new retail insurance policy.

• Closing the leads generated by the partner bank branch for Life Insurance Business.

• Maintaining healthy & working relationships with bank executives and customers.

• Providing timely support and service to the bank stakeholders and customers.

• Provide an update on each business call to the reporting manager as soon as it happens.
