About the Role: Ensuring the achievement of recovery targets through various communication channels.
Location: Bangladesh (Remote/Work from Home)
Key Responsibilities:
u Debt Recovery: To contact debtors via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and other social media to recover overdue payments and meet collection targets.
Salary:
Fixed wage: 15,000tk (Probation Period), 18,000tk (Formal Staff) monthly
Performance Bonus: According to your performance, range from 10,000tk to 20,000tk monthly
Ranking Bonus: According to your ranking, range from 0 to 4,000tk monthly
Payment time: Weekly
Work time: From 9:00 to 18:00, six days a week
