• Minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience in branch of reputed banks, with at least 2 (two) years of experience in a similar role preferred.

• Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable.

• Excellent business communication skills with effective business acumen.

• Leadership qualities to managing, coaching and mentoring people.

• Create strategies to expand new markets and develop distribution networks

• Formulate and execute retail business strategies to expand market share in assets and liabilities.

• Design new retail products and improve existing services to meet evolving market needs.

• Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with other business units to optimize cross-selling, product penetration, and operational processes.

• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure alignment of retail operations with overall business objectives.

• Identify, analyze and manage different types of risk involved in retail business and determine the pricing of risk associated with the proposals
