Energetic and self-motivated team member with positive attitude to learn.
Good interpersonal skills along with proficiency in English & Bangla.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Proper checking of Account Opening Forms (AOFs) and all supporting documents during processing, in line with regulatory and internal due diligence requirements.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information inputted in the Core Banking System (CBS) and other relevant platforms.
Scanning, indexing, and secure storage of AOFs and related documents in the bank’s digital repository.
Propering filing, indexing, and database management of customer requests and account-related documentation.
Discrepancies or exceptions in account operations are escalated promptly to supervisors for resolution.
Ensure integrity, reliability, and timeliness in performing daily assigned tasks.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Smooth collaboration with fellow team members to meet daily operational targets.
