Minimum Bachelor’s (preferably Business/IT).
10 years in banking, with at least 5 years specifically in ADC or digital banking leadership.
Expertise in ATM/POS/QR switching (Preferable), digital payments (MFS, Mobile Apps)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Looking after all ADC & Digital channels module and ensure continuous improvement increasing various value-added services. Like (ATM Banking, Internet Banking, MFS, Mobile Apps, Bangla QR etc.)
Implement and enhance digital services like QR payments, contactless transactions, and interoperability.
Increase Mobile App enrollments and active user through various initiatives.
Liaison with IDP & Brand for location selection and Installation of ATMs according to bank’s target
Strategies of Bangla-QR Promotion
Initiate new projects of Digital Banking as per market demand
Implementation & operational process flow for ATM & MFS to ensure smooth operation of Digital Banking Departments as per Bangladesh Bank guideline.
Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, Policy, SOPs, SLAs, and security standards for digital transactions
Monitor transaction volumes, channel performance, and prepare MIS reports (e.g., daily cash loading, uptime, and customer feedback).
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, business, marketing) to improve customer experience and launch new digital services
