• 4 years Bachelor`s degree/Masters, in any discipline.

• Prior experience in a collection, recovery, or Credit card/Retail operations role within a bank or financial institution

• Good communication skills and teamwork player.

• Supervise daily activities of card and retail loan collection executives/agents.

• Allocate files, set daily/weekly targets, and monitor individual and team performance.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to collection staff.

• Oversee collection of overdue amounts for credit cards, personal loans, and other retail assets.

• Ensure follow-up of delinquent accounts (DPD buckets) through calls, visits, notices, and negotiations.

• Review repayment arrangements, settlement proposals, and recommend actions as per policy.

• Ensure proper documentation of collection efforts and recovery actions.

• Track delinquency trends, recovery ratios, and bucket movement on a regular basis.

• Prepare and submit MIS, aging analysis, and performance reports to management.

• Prevent customer harassment and reputational risk during recovery processes.

• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

• Ensure discipline, ethical conduct, and professional behavior of team members.
