• Achieve daily cutting targets in alignment with the approved production plan.

• Coordinate with the Planning and Industrial Engineering (IE) teams to confirm production targets and material requirements.

• Ensure cutting quality complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), buyer requirements, and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards.

• Monitor and control leather waste while continuously improving material utilization efficiency.

• Ensure timely delivery of cut components to sewing lines to maintain smooth production flow.

• Supervise cutting operators, ensuring adherence to safety standards, discipline, and 5S practices.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to support overall production objectives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cutting production and quality records.
