Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 24 years
At least 2-5 years’ experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.
Should be knowledge in leather technology, Shoe Technology, Technical Route, Cutting, Sewing, Lasting, Injection Molding (TPR-PVC, PU-PU, PU-TPU) & Finishing Technology.
Should be responsible to implement all quality norms and system across the production activity and standardize the quality procedure. Critically inspect & evaluate the product right from the initial stage, i.e. Raw material till the finish stage and also provide expert guidance and support till delivery.
Should have good leadership, direction and communication skill.
Academic Qualification can be relaxed for Highly Experienced candidates.
