Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery

• Graduate / Post Graduate in HRM, Management, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university. (MBA in HRM or PGDHRM will be given preference).

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery

• Age At least 24 years

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the same position within any recognized manufacturing company (preferably footwear/garments).

• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ICS, Better Work, ISO Standard and Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law.

• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good typing speed in both Bangla (Bijoy) and English.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Compliance Management: Maintain and implement standards for BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ICS, ‍SLCP, Better Work and ISO Standard.

• EPZ Labor Law Adherence: Ensure all factory operations align strictly with Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law and related regulations.

• Documentation & Audit: Prepare, maintain and update all HR and compliance-related documentation for external and internal audits.

• Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and foster a healthy working environment in the factory.

• Daily HR Operations: Oversee attendance, leave management and other day-to-day HR administration tasks.
