Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years

• Experience in a reputed manufacturing or multinational company is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Preferred age: 30 years and above.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality control.

• Experience in managing production teams and achieving production targets.

• Hands-on experience with inventory management, machine utilization, and cost control.

• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved on time and within budget.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments.

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.

• Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Investigate production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Control production costs while maintaining quality and productivity.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing or process optimization.
