B.Sc./M.Sc. in Polymer Science, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any other relevant discipline from a reputed university.
Candidates with additional professional training in ISO 9001:2015, QMS or Quality Assurance will receive preference.
2–5 years of relevant experience in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department of a manufacturing industry.
Experience in Plastic Packaging, Polymer, FMCG, Manufacturing, Chemical or Related Industries will be considered an added advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Positive attitude with strong leadership and teamwork skills.

We are looking for a competent, proactive and experienced professional to join our Quality Assurance Department (QAD). The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and company quality policies.
Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), Quality Manuals and other QA documents.
Conduct internal quality audits and monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor production quality and investigate product non-conformities.
Prepare quality reports and analyze inspection/test results.
Supervise laboratory testing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
Maintain calibration schedules and records for laboratory and measuring equipment.
Coordinate customer, certification and regulatory audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer quality requirements.
Conduct employee training on quality systems and GMP practices.
Maintain all QA documentation and records accurately.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
