• 5 Years working experience for Assistant Manager and 10 Years working experience for Manager Position in relevant experience in plastic manufacturing or similar industries with at least 3 years in a leadership role in production & maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in Injection & Blow Molding machine operations and robotic automation.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes.
• Sound understanding of factory utilities, automation systems, and maintenance planning.
• Proficient in reporting, planning, and team leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Industry: Plastic Goods Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily production and maintenance operations for Injection Molding & Blow Molding Machines integrated with Robotic Systems.

• Ensure production targets are met with efficiency, quality, and minimum downtime.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demand.

• Plan, execute and ensure efficient operation of all machinery and equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to molding machines, robots, and utilities.

• Maintain machine performance logs and production reports.

• Train and supervise technical staff to ensure high operational standards.

• Coordinate with QC, Store, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Lead and train production teams to achieve productivity and safety targets.

• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in the production floor.

• Maintain compliance with health and environmental standards.

• Report to senior management regarding production performance, challenges, and KPIs.
