• B.Sc. in Textile / Diploma in Textile Engineering (Yarn Manufacturing/Spinning preferred).

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in modern spinning mills.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Production Manager position.

• Strong knowledge of compact, carded, combed, and value-added yarn manufacturing.

• Experience in managing export-oriented spinning operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills, Positive attitude with strong commanding voice is required

• Proficiency in production planning, quality control, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement.

• Good Knowledge in Bengali and English language both speaking and writing.

• Must be able to work under Physical and mental pressure

• Candidates must be physically fit, Hard working. Dedicated, Responsible, Dynamic and proactive having good moral courage.

• Sound Mathematical knowledge about all process and Machineries is a must.

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager for our Cotton Spinning Mill. For 100% Export Oriented state of the art Spinning factory Producing from NEC 28/1 ~ 40/1, located at Narayangonj having world class machineries like rieter blow room, carding, drawing, comber, Toyota simplex having BTS, RieterG32, G37 auto doffing ring with Murata link- coner. The Production Manager will lead the production team, coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and planning departments, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan, organize, and control daily spinning production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and utilities to maximize productivity and minimize wastage.

• Monitor all spinning processes including Blow Room, Carding, Drawing, Comber, Speed Frame, Ring Frame, Auto Coner, and Packing operations.

• Maintain yarn quality parameters as per customer requirements and export standards.

• Analyze production data, machine efficiency, waste percentage, and quality reports to identify improvement opportunities.

• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Planning, Store, and Commercial departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement and monitor productivity improvement initiatives, cost reduction programs, and lean manufacturing practices.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and international compliance requirements.

• Develop and train supervisors, operators, and production staff to improve technical skills and operational efficiency.

• Monitor machine utilization, production losses, and downtime, and take corrective actions to improve performance.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and present performance updates to management at MIS Meeting

• Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) including production efficiency, waste control, quality performance, and cost management.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production, quality, and process-related issues.

• Maintain proper housekeeping standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the production department.

• Support management in capacity expansion, process optimization, and implementation of new technologies.
