Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering.M.Sc. will be an added advantage.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a spinning mill, including 5+ years in a senior management role.

• Strong knowledge in Ring Spinning, Compact Spinning, Autoconer, and Blow Room operations.

• Experience in handling cotton/polyester/viscose/Blended/Modal/Organic yarn preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of spinning machinery (Ring, Rotor, Compact).

• Knowledge of ERP and production, mill automation, software systems

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Strong knowledge of spinning mill machinery, processes, and technology.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager/Deputy General Manager for our spinning mill to oversee overall operations and ensure efficient production while maintaining quality standards. The GM will lead the team, manage resources, and drive the mill towards achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire operations of the spinning mill.

• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve maximum efficiency and output.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Ensure cost control, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

• Report directly to the Managing Director/Board of Directors.

• Oversee daily operations of the spinning mill to ensure smooth production processes.

• Manage all aspects of production, quality control, maintenance, and staff performance.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase productivity and profitability.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the management team and workforce.

• Report to the company`s board or owners on operational performance.
