Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/business from a public, private, or overseas university.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Good knowledge of footwear materials and testing standards.

• Strong understanding of AQL, inspection procedures, and defect identification.

• Set and achieve target business metrics.

• Allocate manpower according to the nature of materials.

• Drive improvement of RFT (Right First Time) performance as per set targets and provide appropriate Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for suppliers to ensure continuous quality improvement.

• Inspect all incoming raw materials and components in accordance with company quality standards.

• Verify materials against approved samples, specifications, and technical sheets.

• Identify and report defects or non-conformities.

• Coordinate laboratory testing when required.

• Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure that only approved materials are released to production.
