Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Science/Business from Public, Private or Oversees University

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of leather footwear sewing processes and operations

• Understanding of SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning

• Knowledge of quality standards (AQL, FTR) and rework control

• Ability to analyze production data and take corrective actions

• Understanding of manpower planning and skill matrix management

• Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per production planning.

• Maintain line efficiency according to approved operational standards.

• Ensure product quality requirements and QKPI targets are consistently met.

• Supervise proper manpower utilization while maintaining safety and shop floor discipline.

• Control material consumption within approved budget standards.

• Ensure SOP compliance across all lasting and related production processes.

• Deliver orders within the committed production lead time.

• Maintain timely and professional communication with IE, Planning, Quality, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions for deviations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
