International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessories. ITL Group has global operations in 21 Locations over 35+ years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization’s goal.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Manage ink formulation, shade matching, and quality consistency for label production.
Ensure correct ink application as per customer and brand specifications.
Monitor ink consumption and wastage, implement cost-control measures.
Maintain production timelines and coordinate with production planning teams.
Implement quality checks for color accuracy, durability, and adhesion.
Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S).
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
