International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015.  It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.

Position Summary:

The Group Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving supply chain operations across multiple manufacturing and operational sites within the group. The role focuses on procurement coordination, inventory management, logistics optimization, supplier performance, operational efficiency, ERP/system alignment, reporting, and supply chain governance.

The role works closely with factory operations, procurement teams, finance, warehouses, logistics providers, and leadership teams to ensure stable, cost-effective, and efficient supply chain execution across the organization.

Key Responsibility:

• Standardize supply chain processes and best practices across locations.

• Support supplier performance monitoring.

• Support cost reduction and sourcing improvement projects.

• Coordinate supplier issue escalations when required.

• Support supply chain system alignment across sites.

• Generate and maintain supply chain dashboards and reporting.

• Prepare regular supply chain performance reports.

• Monitor key supply chain KPIs across sites.

• Analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities.

• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Support supply chain risk management activities.
