International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.

Job Description / Responsibility
1.Strategic Maintenance Leadership
1.1. Capability to Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
1.2. Capability to Design proactive maintenance programs — including preventive and predictive maintenance — to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
1.3. Support budgeting and financial planning for maintenance department operations, including OPEX & CAPEX planning.
2. Daily Operations & Maintenance Execution
2.1. Oversee all maintenance activities (electrical, mechanical, machinery & equipment).
2.2. Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work and repairs to maintain continuous production.
2.3. Ensure timely response to breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize troubles.
3. Team Leadership & Human Resource Management
3.1. Capability to Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians, electricians and contractors.
3.2. Capability to Set schedules, assign tasks, and ensure team meets performance and safety targets.
4. Budgeting, Cost Control & Resource Allocation
4.1. Capability to Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and control costs.
4.2. Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate contracts for services and parts, and monitor contractor performance.
5. Compliance, Safety & Documentation
5.1. Capability to Ensure all maintenance activities comply with legal, regulatory, health and safety requirements
5.2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work including work orders/Requisition, inspections, asset inventory, downtime reports, and safety checks.
5.3. Capability to update maintenance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure documentation is complete.
6. Continuous Improvement & Performance Metrics
6.1. Lead continuous improvement initiatives like Lean, 5S, TPM or reliability-centered maintenance.
6.2. Capability to Analyze maintenance data for trends, root causes of failures, and strategies to optimize performance.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
7.1. Capability to coordinate with Production, Quality, Safety and Procurement departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
