Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and quality control within the workshop.
Supervise and lead Engineers and Technicians in workshop operations.
Monitor customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex mechanical issues.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with inter-branch teams.
Maintain strong cooperation with Sales & Marketing, Store, SCM, Admin, HR, and Finance departments.
Prepare budgeting and planning strategies to increase revenue.
