Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Hospital, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Pottery, Livestock, E-commerce, Agro based Startup

• Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla, verbal and written,

• Experience in the Poultry industry,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,

• Tech-savvy, proficiency in MS Office, and software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall production and operations of the Farm (Broiler, Layer, Fisheries),

• Monitor biosecurity measures and farm hygiene standards,

• Plan, implement, and monitor production schedules to achieve targeted egg output and quality,

• Supervise and develop farm staff, ensuring proper training and productivity,

• Ensure proper feed, health, and management practices for maximum flock performance,

• Maintain accurate records of production, mortality, vaccination, and feed consumption,

• Coordinate with senior management for farm expansion, cost control, and operational strategies.
