Job Context
We are looking for Customer Service Executive for our Contact Center. He/she will have to answer incoming & outgoing calls from customers who want to know about his/her account, loan or card’s status, answer customer query, manage complaints and troubleshoot critical call queries. He/ She will have the Sense of responsibilities, analytical ability and achieve the daily target.
Job Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound call handling.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Request & Complaint resolve.
Monitor & follow up.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Complete call logs and reports.
Up sell products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
