Key Responsibilities

  • Visionary leadership in implementing IBF mission and strategic objectives.

  • Supervise and monitor the overall operations and programs of the Foundation.

  • Strengthen the organizational framework and ensure transparency, accountability, and good governance.

  • Promote innovative and sustainable projects in health, education, and social development sectors.

  • Proven ability in organizational planning, team building, project implementation, and communication.

  • Build strong relationship with stakeholders, donors, and regulatory bodies including customers for institutional growth.

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve the objectives of the Foundation as well as expansion, growth and development.
