• The candidates should have Master’s Degree from any recognized and reputed university.

• Advance degree/professional degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.

• Candidates having 3rd division or class in any academic track are disqualified to apply.

Experience

• Minimum 25 years of working experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position in a reputed organization is needed.

• Experience in hospital administration will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Visionary leadership in implementing IBF mission and strategic objectives.

• Supervise and monitor the overall operations and programs of the Foundation.

• Strengthen the organizational framework and ensure transparency, accountability, and good governance.

• Promote innovative and sustainable projects in health, education, and social development sectors.

• Proven ability in organizational planning, team building, project implementation, and communication.

• Build strong relationship with stakeholders, donors, and regulatory bodies including customers for institutional growth.

• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve the objectives of the Foundation as well as expansion, growth and development.
