Assisting Chief Medical Officer to manage the factory/sector medical center and conduct day-to-day operations by providing medical support, required treatment and advice on health issues to employees.
Knowledge in managing general, obstetrical and gynecological cases, Knowledge in performing minor surgeries in Industrial Health, Occupational Safety & Health, Reporting and communication skill.
Work under pressure / Stress management.
Computer Knowledge in Office Management, will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities
Implement and provide Primary Health Care services through both curative and preventive ways.
Respond to patient’s medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counselling and referral, where necessary and perform minor surgeries.
Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards.
Caring, attentive nature i.e. compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
Oversee welfare activities (Medication, advisory support and counselling to vulnerable, pregnant workers).
Supervise and monitor the medical staffs (Nurses, Aid-Nurses and other healthcare staffs).
Conducting pre-employment check-up of employees and periodical health check-up of vulnerable groups, and regular physical check-up of pregnant woman with provide adequate information about medication, health, hygiene, nutrition and safe delivery.
Impart training and awareness programs with delivering information on hygiene, first aid, STD / HIV/AIDS, antenatal care, occupational health or any epidemic break out to the employees. Educating patients in health management and disease prevention.
Recommend & Verify sick & maternity leave application of the employees and physical fitness to work according to applicable labor laws, company’s rules and regulations.
Documenting, preparing and submitting the clinical related reports to the Chief Medical officer / respective authority.
Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
Liaising with staffs including other doctors, management staff and others related person.
