Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate & maintain tender enlistment for Govt. and Non-Govt. sales and follow up as well as making business proposals along with Technical and Financial offers.

• Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required materials, and equipment needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.

• Responsible to select Tender from National e-GP Portal and other websites.

• Regular visit to govt. and non govt. hospitals and clinics nationwide to participate in medical device related all tenders.

• Maintain liaison with Govt. Department and private institutions for tender negotiation, vendor registration, approvals and renewal.

• Visit clients for clarifications/information related to Bids/Tenders/EOI.

• In depth knowledge on e-GP Tender and OTM.

• To conduct pro-actively Site Survey of Tenders to gather sufficient information from clients.

• To participate in all type of Tenders e.g., OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.

• Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
