Experience:
MBBS from a recognized medical college.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) is mandatory.
Candidates having postgraduate training (FCPS Part-I/II, MCPS, MD, Diploma, or equivalent) will receive preference.
At least 2 years of clinical experience as a General Physician or Medical Officer.
Experience in a reputed hospital, medical center, or diagnostic center will be highly preferred.
Excellent clinical diagnostic and patient management skills.
Strong knowledge of internal medicine and evidence-based treatment protocols.
Ability to interpret laboratory reports and diagnostic imaging findings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Strong commitment to patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Microsoft Office applications will be considered an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans based on evidence-based medical practice.
Recommend and interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic imaging to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Utilize available diagnostic facilities, including Ultrasound (USG), CDU, CMU, and DMU, whenever clinically indicated.
Provide preventive healthcare, health education, and lifestyle counseling to patients.
Manage outpatient consultations while ensuring quality patient care and satisfaction.
Refer patients to specialist consultants whenever necessary.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, radiologists, laboratory personnel, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and medical ethics.
Participate in clinical meetings, continuous medical education (CME), and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all applicable healthcare regulations.
Perform any other clinical responsibilities assigned by the management.
