American Wellness Center is looking for energetic, responsible, and well-spoken Call Center Executives to join our USA operations team.

Position: Call Center Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Remote (Work From Home)
Shift: Night Shift
Duty Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Salary: BDT 12,000–16,000

📞 Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally

• Communicate with customers in both English and Bangla

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

• Communicate through calls, messages, and other assigned channels

• Follow company-approved scripts, procedures, and communication guidelines

• Maintain a polite, confident, and professional tone

• Record and update customer information accurately

• Follow up with customers when required

• Escalate complicated issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions

• Meet assigned call center performance targets

• Remain available and responsive throughout assigned working hours

• Protect confidential company and customer information

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Good spoken and written English

• Fluent spoken and good written Bangla

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Ability to follow instructions accurately

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently from home

• Willingness to learn and improve based on feedback

Previous experience in call centers, customer service, telemarketing, or sales will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
