Must have good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
Must have the strong sense of responsibility and to work independently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Following an individualized education plan for a student
Helping a student understand projects, tests and assignments
Encouraging a student to communicate with peers
Monitoring interactions between students
Collect record and track data during sessions, and accurately document progress of the children.
Manage behaviors being target in accordance with the behavior intervention plan.
Observe and record any behavioral situations; learn and apply new information or skills.
Provide regular reports to the teachers, parents and the supervisor.
Prepare materials as directed by the supervisor
React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
After completing the assigned shadowing session at school, the Shadow Teacher will be required to take cover sessions at the center whenever necessary.
