Responsibilities & Context:

1. Therapy Implementation

   • Deliver individualised therapy sessions aligned with IEP and behaviour intervention plans.

   • Utilize evidence-based practices to support skill acquisition and behaviour reduction.

   • Ensure treatment fidelity through adherence to prescribed protocols and guidelines.

2. Data Collection and Reporting

   • Collect and record accurate, detailed data during each session to track client progress.

   • Analyze data and contribute to team discussions for program adjustments.

3. Session Preparedness and Quality

   • Prepare session materials and review client goals before each session.

   • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging therapy environment.

   • Ensure data collection tools are organized and accessible for seamless implementation.

4. Professional Conduct

   • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions.

   • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain compliance with supervision requirements.

   • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.

   • Promptly report incidents or concerns according to organizational protocols.

5. Operational Efficiency

   • Achieve high session completion rates and meet scheduling requirements.

   • Ensure timely and accurate submission of clinical reports and administrative tasks.
