• Must be fluent in English.
• Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions.
• Must follow all the safeguarding, code of conduct, organization’s policies and health and safety procedures and policies  

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on client-specific goals.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches to address based on clients’ needs.

• Adapt therapy techniques to suit the individual needs and progress of each client.

• Collaborate with lead therapists and Occupational therapy supervisor to conduct initial and ongoing assessments.

• Gather client history, observations, and relevant data to support diagnostic procedures.

• Assist in analyzing assessment results to identify therapy needs and recommend interventions.

• Work alongside lead and occupational therapy supervisors to develop measurable, individualized client goals.

• Ensure therapy plans are aligned with the client’s developmental needs and family priorities.

• Monitor and adjust goals based on progress and client and family feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.

• Prepare quarterly progress reports detailing client achievements and areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with current trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
