Education:
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised institution.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
Experience in a hospital or eye hospital pharmacy will be an advantage.

Good Knowledge of medicines and eye drops.
Good Communication and patient service skills.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
· Dispense medicines to patients as per doctors’ prescriptions.
· Explain how and when to take or use medicines.
· Maintain proper stock of medicines and eye drops.
· Check medicine expiry dates regularly.
· Keep the pharmacy clean, safe and well organized.
· Maintain stock, sales and medicine records properly.
· Prepare medicine requisitions when stock is low.
· Store medicines properly according to required conditions.
· Separate and report expired or damaged medicines.
· Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other hospital staff when necessary.
· Prepare regular stock and consumption reports.
· Follow hospital rules and pharmacy-related regulations.
· Perform any other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the management.
