Responsibilities & Context:
Provide diet and nutrition consultation to patients
Prepare personalized diet charts and meal plans
Guide patients about healthy lifestyle and food habits
Follow up with patients regularly regarding their progress
Make follow-up calls to patients and provide necessary guidance
Help patients with weight management and wellness goals
Explain nutrition plans in a simple and friendly way
Support doctors and wellness consultants during patient care
Maintain patient nutrition records and reports properly
Give food and nutrition advice for diabetes, obesity, digestive issues, and general health
Work with the social media team for basic health awareness content when needed
Maintain professional behavior and good communication with patients
Follow clinic rules and maintain service quality at all times
