Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and SpO₂.
Provide nursing care according to physicians' instructions and treatment plans.
Administer medications, supplements, injections, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes in condition to the physician.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
Assist physicians during patient consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
Provide health education, lifestyle guidance, and basic counseling to patients and their family members.
Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices are followed at all times.
Support both outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) services.
Prepare and maintain medical equipment, treatment rooms, and nursing stations.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing support when required.
Collaborate with physicians, nutritionists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
Educational Requirements
Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery or B.Sc. in Nursing.
Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Experience Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility will be considered an advantage.
Required Skills

Strong patient care and clinical observation abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
