Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting / Finance
ACMA / FCMA preferred. CA (Part Qualified/CC) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including managerial responsibilities.
Strong hands-on experience in: Banking & Loan Management, Import LC Operations, VAT & Tax Compliance, VAT & Tax Audits, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Regulatory Affairs.
Must have practical experience dealing directly with banks, VAT authorities, Tax authorities, and auditors.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who Have:
Independently handled VAT and Tax audits, Negotiated working capital and loan facilities with banks, Managed import LC operations and banking documentation, Worked in import-based trading, healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or manufacturing organisations.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts Department.
Review and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Review and reconcile sales, purchase, inventory, receivable, payable, collection, and cash flow reports.
Prepare and present management reports, financial analysis, and business performance summaries to management.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Manage corporate VAT and Tax compliance and supervise submission of all statutory returns.
Handle VAT audits, Tax audits, assessments, hearings, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
Liaise and negotiate with VAT offices, Tax offices, auditors, and regulatory agencies on behalf of the company.
Manage banking relationships, including working capital facilities, term loans, overdrafts, and bank guarantees.
Handle import LC operations, LC settlements, PAD, LIM, TR, and related banking documentation.
Coordinate with banks regarding loan applications, renewals, and credit facilities.
Monitor company cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory investment.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of all financial records.
Supervise and develop finance and accounts team members.
