Job Context

Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Sales Accounts & Delivery Order (DO) operations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accurate sales accounting, timely processing of delivery orders, effective coordination with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Sales Accounts & DO team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Monitor and control sales invoicing, delivery order (DO) processing, and related documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders in coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.

• Verify pricing, discounts, promotional schemes, and credit approvals before releasing delivery orders.

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure compliance with credit policies.

• Reconcile sales transactions, customer accounts, and inventory-related records.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and MIS reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audit requirements, VAT, and internal control policies.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve departmental objectives.
