Responsibilities & Context:
* maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Understand clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales proposals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
* Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments when necessary.
* Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow existing accounts.
* Keep accurate records of client communications and account activities.
* Prepare regular sales and account reports for management.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
