Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and treatment records.
Provide counseling, education, and support to clients, families, caregivers, and educators.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and medical professionals.
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development
