B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Immunology, Microbiology and Laboratory Quality Control.
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect and process blood, urine, stool, and other clinical samples.
Perform routine laboratory tests accurately.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Prepare samples and slides for microscopic examination.
Record and report test results properly.
Follow laboratory safety and infection-control procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of laboratory materials.
Assist doctors and laboratory staff in diagnostic testing.
