Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct daily patient check-ups and provide clinical assessments
Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper execution of treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, medical ethics, and safety standards
Advise patients and families on health management and preventive care
Coordinate with specialists for further patient evaluation when necessary
Participate in ward rounds and clinical meetings
Oversee infection control practices and hygiene standards
Assist in planning and implementing healthcare programs
Prepare medical reports, discharge summaries, and documentation
Support hospital management with medical insights when required
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
