• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Biomedical Engineer/BSc Nursing with a diploma in Cardiology/Medical Physician or relevant clinical discipline.

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Good understanding of clinical and hospital environments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with surgeons, doctors, nurses, and hospital management.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to work in hospitals and support procedures inside the OT when required.

• Willingness to attend training and continuously develop product and clinical knowledge.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and clinical support.

• 1-2 years of experience in cardiology, clinical support, medical devices, surgical products, OT support, or hospital-based activities will be an advantage.

• Freshers with the required educational background and strong communication skills may also apply

• Regularly monitor the market and identify prospective clients and business opportunities.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations on our products to surgeons, doctors, hospital management, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Attend product and clinical training programs, both online and offline, as required.

• Provide product application support in hospitals and, when required, inside the Operating Theatre (OT).

• Support surgeons and consulting doctors in understanding and effectively utilizing the products in real-life clinical applications.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with surgeons, doctors, hospital authorities, and other key stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure effective product support and customer satisfaction.

• Collect market feedback and communicate customer requirements, clinical needs, and competitor activities to the management.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Team Leader or Management from time to time.
