Responsible for maintaining comprehensive clinical records, conducting detailed history-taking and physical examinations, and ensuring strict legal documentation. Actively contributes to clinical audits, professional training, and Continuing Medical Education (CME). Committed to upholding the highest standards of care through strict adherence to institutional policies, IPC protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
