• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and MEP building services systems.

• Practical knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, pumps, and related building services.

• Strong AutoCAD drafting and drawing interpretation skills.

• Ability to prepare and understand SLDs, layouts, shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings.

• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and site coordination.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead and manage site teams, technicians, contractors, and workers.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical comparisons, and project documentation.

• Strong technical knowledge of Electromechanical, MEP, and Information Technology-related activities.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

• Must be hardworking, energetic, honest, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.

• Must have the ability and willingness to work at different project locations as required.

• Original educational certificates (BSc, HSC, SSC) and experience certificates must be submitted for verification at the time of joining/employment.

Experience Requirements :

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in project engineering, construction, MEP, electrical, mechanical, or building services works.

• Practical experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or MEP projects will be an advantage.

Candidates with hands-on experience in site supervision and project implementation will be preferred

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.

• Review electrical and mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical documents for compliance with project requirements, approved specifications, and applicable codes and standards.

• Prepare, review, and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.

• Prepare and review Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Layout Drawings, Detail Drawings, and coordination drawings.

• Identify design conflicts and propose practical and cost-effective engineering solutions.

• Coordinate with Electrical, civil, structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, ICT, and other engineering teams to ensure proper integration of all building services.

• Supervise and monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, water supply, drainage, and other MEP works at project sites.

• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Monitor daily site activities, identify technical problems, and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with Head Office, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders during construction and implementation.

• Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, correspondence, inspection reports, material approval documents, and other project documentation and maintain proper records.

• Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with Head Office, consultants, contractors, asset owners, and other stakeholders.

• Manage, direct, and monitor project progress during each phase and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

• Take measurements of completed works for running bills and properly record the measurements in Measurement Books (MBs).

• Check and verify final MBs, final bills, and supporting documents for final payment and security deposit release recommendations.

• Prepare drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs for renovation, modification, and special engineering works.

• Prepare basic cost estimates and assist in budget preparation, quotation evaluation, and technical comparison of materials and equipment.

• Inspect materials and equipment to ensure compliance with approved specifications and project requirements.

• Demonstrate practical AutoCAD drawing and site coordination capability.

• Coordinate plumbing works including water supply, drainage, sanitary, pump, and related systems, with preference given to candidates having practical plumbing sector experience.

• Maintain proper records, registers, drawings, reports, and other documents as assigned by management.

• Be computer-literate and proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering software.

• Prepare technical reports, official correspondence, and professional e-mails in English.

• Demonstrate strong site supervision capability, willingness to work under pressure, and the ability to work extended hours when required by project needs.

• Demonstrate a strong hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and problem-solving attitude.

• Perform any other engineering or project-related responsibilities assigned by management.

• Be responsible for any tangible or intangible loss or damage caused to the property or interests of the employing organization due to negligence of duty, unprofessional activity, or moral turpitude.
