• MBBS from a recognized Medical College.

• Valid registration with BMDC.

• Age 25 to 32 years

• 1-2 years of experience in NICU doctors/General Hospital practice will be preferred.

• Good clinical knowledge and patient-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient-friendly and professional attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and make timely clinical decisions.

• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Provide medical care to admitted patients under the supervision of Consultants.

• Examine patients, take medical history and prepare appropriate treatment plans.

• Monitor patients' clinical condition and progress.

• Attend emergency cases and provide prompt initial management.

• Assist Consultants during ward rounds and clinical procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions and medical documentation.

• Coordinate effectively with Consultants, Nursing and other clinical departments.

• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up.

• Follow hospital SOPs, infection-control policies and patient-safety protocols.

• Perform duties according to the hospital duty roster.
