• Age At least 30 years

• Minium 8-10 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations and multi-site service delivery.

• Prior experience in business organization, healthcare industry or relevant organization.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision making skills

• Ability to manage multiple clinics, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

• Manage and oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the assigned clinic.

• Coordinate doctors, paramedics and non-clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Act as the main point of contact for clinical, operational and client related issues at clinic level.

• Provide operational supervision and performance oversight to all clinics within the assigned area.

• Monitor and achieve clinics KPIs, including service delivery, revenue, quality indicators and regulatory compliance metrics.

• Conduct regular planned clinic visits within the assigned areas to validated performance data, service quality and operational practices.

• Support monitoring of clinic performance indicators field force activities, marketing initiatives and service utilization.
