• MBBS from a recognized institution with valid & updated BMDC Registration.

• MPH will be given preference.

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 3 years` experience of working in a maternity Hospital/clinic, supervision and monitoring of clinical quality of maternity services/family planning/SAPAC.

• Sound clinical skills and knowledge in Reproductive health and Family Planning, MR, MRM, PAC and FP methods (LARC)

• Working in a team approach, skill in communication and report writing, self-organizing capacity. Ready to accept any challenges.

Location: MSB Country Support Office, Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards

• Promote adherence to clinical protocols, guidelines, and quality standards by ensuring all clinical teams understand and consistently apply them

• Evaluate and maintain the competency, qualifications, and training of service providers to ensure the safe delivery of high-quality clinical services within their defined scope of practice

• Lead clinical incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and develop, implement, and monitor SMART corrective and preventive action plans.
