Responsibilities & Context:
Promote the organization's healthcare/diagnostic services to prospective customers and organizations.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with consultants, physicians, diagnostic centres, corporate organisations, NGOs and other referral sources.
Visit doctors, clinics, corporate offices and potential referral points
Coordinate referral activities and follow up with referring physicians and organisations.
lan and organize healthcare campaigns, corporate visits, health awareness programs, seminars, events and promotional activities.
Identify opportunities for increasing patient flow and utilisation of hospital services.
Develop marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities.
Collect and analyse market information, competitor activities and patient service trends.
Prepare promotional materials, presentations, brochures, service profiles and other marketing documents.
Manage and update hospital information on the website and social media platforms.
Provide basic IT support to hospital staff for computers, printers, scanners, internet connectivity, hospital MIS software, CCTV, website and related equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot common hardware and software problems.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
