Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s vision, mission and long-term strategic direction.

• Lead the overall growth and development of the organization.

• Develop and implement short, medium and long-term operational & business strategies.

• Drive revenue growth, financial sustainability and organizational performance.

• Oversee overall business, clinical, operational and administrative functions through the senior leadership team.

• Build and lead a strong, accountable and high-performing management team.

• Establish organizational KPIs and monitor overall performance against strategic objectives.

• Ensure excellence in patient care, service quality and patient experience.

• Promote a culture of quality, innovation, integrity, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Identify and develop new healthcare services, business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

• Strengthen the organization’s market position, brand reputation and competitive advantage.

• Develop relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, investors, partners and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure appropriate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and ethical standards.

• Oversee planning, budgeting, investment decisions and resource allocation in collaboration with the relevant leadership teams.

• Lead organizational transformation, technology adoption and digital healthcare initiatives where appropriate.

• Review organizational performance using data-driven insights and take timely strategic decisions.

• Represent the organization at major professional, corporate and stakeholder platforms.

• Provide regular strategic and performance reports to the Board/Chairman/MD and recommend actions for sustainable growth.

• Ensure that the organization remains responsive to changing healthcare needs, market trends and patient expectations.

Educational Qualification

• MBBS with Master’s degree in Public Health/Healthcare Management/Hospital Management/Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Experience

• 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, diagnostic or healthcare service organizations.

• Significant experience in senior management, executive leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in organizational growth, strategic planning, team leadership and stakeholder management.

• Experience in developing new healthcare services, partnerships or business verticals will be highly valued.
